But when he returned to the crease he played like a completely different player. I was shocked.

Where that ball hit him looked very similar to the ball than killed the australian player a few years ago.

I really hope he isnt more seriously/permanently/ impaired. Putting aside the stupid sandpapering episode he is an impressive player.

Geektastic:

Numbers I will never see.

Today we have 17.5 down and 1.5 up on VDSL....!

Do not despair. I used to think we would never escape dial-up. Then RBI came along. Then it grew congested and I thought we could never hope for a better alternative. Then someone planted a WISP tower nearby. There is always hope.

You're going to have to flip it over first...looks heavy.

@Ge0rge , genuine question, how are you going to do this?

Two of us lifted it onto the axle stands, and have lifted it onto either side twice now (downhand welding is always easiest!).

When it comes time to flip it, drop one side down to the ground, lift the other side up til vertical, slide across the floor, then lower down onto axle stands, lift other side up - easy :) Tare weight should be a bit under 500kg when finished.

Reading a story today that they have introduced White Tailed Sea Eagles into Britain.

Next time I am there, I shall have to try and see one!
