I've seen this touted around, and I don't believe it.
Passwords made of upper/lower case plus digits gives 36 options per character, more if you throw in some punctuation. so an 8 character password is 36^8 = 2,821,109,907,456 combinations Multiply by 1296 for 10-character passwords.
A person's vocabulary will typically be somewhere between 10,000 and 50,000 words. But who's going to use existentialistplutochraticdiathermy as their passphrase? So a 3-word password almost certainly is one of 10,000^3 = 1,000,000,000,000 combinations. And if you look at [colour][adjective][noun] patterns, you are probably down to a million or so.

I think what he means is that if the table top overhangs beyond the leg-bottom triangle, then putting sufficient weight on the edge will tip the table.

Saw a guy on an e-scooter today, absolutely pelting it downhill, and riding in the middle of the road. I'd say he would easily have been doing 40 km/h (all black scooter so not obviously Flamingo/Uber). The bulletproof young man's choice of personal safety equipment? An anti-coronavirus surgical mask, in a very stylish black. Not a helmet to be seen.
Less "really annoys" and more "shakes my head at the yoof of today" or "damn kids skateboarding on the sidewalks".
Talked to the neighbour over the road a couple of nights ago. He'd just come back from visiting his son in Wellington Hospital. Yeah, you can see where this is going. Skateboarding, hill, crash, back of skull caved in, ambulance, ED, theatre, ICU, induced coma. Still to come: a *year* in hospital, learning to walk again (hopefully).

Yes, level and stable are two different things. A four legged table wth legs closer together is less stable, three legs that are near the edge is more stable
Ideally use a spider design, virtually non tippable :-)

If two legs are at height x and one leg is at height x-2 and someone applies pressure opposite the leg at x-2 then the table will pivot on the two legs which are at x.
It's the same motion as a four legged table but potentially worse as it wouldn't be stopped by a fourth leg.
Absent outside interference, it won't but neither will anything else.

No - the table will be perfectly stable and will not rock - it will just not be level and the top will slope downward towards leg x-2.
For all practical situations of the type covered in the ‘OP’ - a table in a restaurant - a three-legged table with equally spaced legs will not and cannot rock.

Amazon shipped me something that passed through 9 points and 3 states and arrived to me the same day as the item ordered the same day as the one from Amazon. There is less than 4KM's from the shop I ordered from and the office I work in.
Mind-boggling.
