I do understand how annoying that continual barking and yelping can be, but to be fair, they couldn't have known the dog would do that when they bought it. Have a word with the owners... they may not even know that it's happening.

That I cannot live like this...:

Respecting client confidentiality, he observes that, “Our clients struggle with the same issues, whether on land, at sea, or in the air. As an example, customers who have purchased homes deep in the countryside have paid hundreds of thousands of pounds to have the fibre brought to their remotely situated doors.

“I recall another client paid for fibre to be laid into the whole village, which meant digging up 10 kilometres of farmers’ fields. Mostly, however, they need to stay connected when they are away from land, particularly on their yachts and on their privately owned planes.”

All dogs are social pack animals. And owners are identified as pack leaders. It is well known and understood that almost all dogs get anxious when separated from their pack. It is irresponsible and cruel to have a dog as a pet, and leave them alone for extended periods of time.
