Yep, that's it exactly as far as I can tell, too. But the problem with that strategy is that there's no way to break the cycle, especially once it's gone this far, where they are now within spitting distance of mastering the warheads and the missiles.

This is the one country where diplomacy does not work. So sad.

The cycle has to be broken externally. History has shown us this time and time again with this regime that it won’t happen within.

What form this happens in ..... time will tell but it will be lead by South Korea and China will play a massive roll in it. (It will be their finest hour so far in this new millennium)

I’m such an optimist these days.
