My poor Nexus 5x has just suffered the fatal boot loop and am super keen on the Nokia 7 Plus!!!!
My old Nexus 6P died and had work give me a Huawei p8. I really hate the skin and it seems to log me out of apps all the time. Would love to have a nokia as I really miss stock android.
And since the Nokia 7+ can get the android P beta it should get the final version quickly soon after release.
So here I am sitting on NZ Super as my only income with a phone I inherited from my wife. It is a Nokia E63 and it keeps falling apart. The back keeps coming off and I have to secure it with elastic bands. I really really need a new phone.

I would like to upgrade my current Samsung phone back to a pure android experience. My previous phone was a Nexus 6 and I upgraded to a used Samsung S7. After being used to the pure android experience, the Samsung changes to vanilla android are not welcome.
Entering for my husband, who desperately wants to move away from his work Apple (weirdo)
He currently has the iPhone 7, and wants to go back to Android.
I sadly lost my Nexus 5X to the dreaded bootloop at the beginning of May. Like others, the Pixel range is beyond my price comfort level, so love the Android One Nokias coming onto the New Zealand market. Winning one would be a worthy successor to the Nexus phones of my past.
So after my beloved Nexus 6P got stuck in a boot loop - and ~$200 spent trying to get it repaired (to no avail), I couldn't get myself to part with much money on a decent phone so bought a Nokia 3310 from Spark.

I've been using it for about 6 weeks now and have only had to charge it once a week.
It was brilliant initially as all i could do was call and text but after a few weeks it started to get quite frustrating.
I couldn't get an uber on a night out, texting the old way (i.e. pressing a single key multiple times to get to an alphabet) was annoying, no podcasts on the commute, the list goes on and on.
I've only had phones with stock android so either of these Nokias would be awesome and would bring me out of my technology hiatus.
another nexus 5x owner here who is looking for a replacement.
already had it bootloop once requiring a new mainboard
Another Nexus 5X owner here looking for a replacement before it gets stuck in the dreaded bootloop
My first cell phone was a Nokia and over the years have had several. One of these would be great.
Would replace my Samsung

Im using the OPPO r11s which had excellent hardware, but would really want Stock android! I miss the nexus phones!
I'd like to enter for my wife whose Samsung Galaxy J1 Ace will never see another update beyond the Android 5.1 it currently runs.
I love my Lumia 950. It's been mostly good, has most of the apps I want, and those apps do most of what they do on other platforms.
Mostly good - other than some odd quirks. Not connecting to Wifi after using BlueTooth - fixed. Dropping off the network when I sync to a Windows 10 computer - fixed. Battery life - fixed, although no one stocked batteries and Telegistics had the thing for six weeks and ended up replacing it because of another fault.
Most of the apps - except What's Shaking NZ disappeared from the Windows store a while back and Metservice have pulled support.
Most of what other platforms do - well, I understand that Messenger gives you notifications for group chats on iOS and Android, so there's that.
In all seriousness, I do like my Lumia and my preference would be to keep it, but I know that it's coming to the point that I'll need to replace it. After than 18 months with the worst phone in existance - Motorola Defy - I've had Windows since 2007 (Okta Boss, HTC Snap, Samsung Ativ S and Lumia 950) and each version has been better.
When the Lumia was at Telegistics, Noel Leeming gave me first a very crashy Sony, then a rather nice Huawei, but both just emphasised how inconsistent Android can be (and having 4 GB of updates for EMUI was a surprise). That convinced me that my next phone should be Android One. It may be hard going back to IPS - part of me wants to wait for 8 Sirocco but all curved glass scares me - but these Nokias look just the thing.
[EDIT] I forgot to mention - when replaced, the 950 will be going to my 81 year old dad.... he's a geek at heart (programmed land surveying calcs into a Sord M23 in the 80s and when the support scammers calls up he makes sure he's on one of his Raspberry Pis without a GUI and plays along) but has never gotten along with his $49 Vodafone thing that has no apps or data on it but still complains about storage, and was a little jealous when he saw how easy the old Lumia 520 I gave mum (83) was to use!
