Joost is ok - but not the content. Until they have something decent, it's only a gimmick...

I am sick and tired of seeing "revolutions" in content distribution with poor content selection. C'mon, do they think Internet users are a bunch of hippies and only indie and pop art are the only acceptable content?

I know good content is hard to come by, but this is just a joke...

The current content is average, but real content appears to be in the pipeline from CBS and Viacom.

Comments are my own, don't blame my employer...

But many times these things don't work. I believe when it's in the lineup.

Ya bunch of negative nancys

Its a start eh

Its only in Beta so whadda ya expect?

And its better than anything else out there at the mo....

There are many tv link sites, but their presentation and interface is rubbish, and they generally dont support the content themselves, so the quality of the video is not assured, and most is generally choppy and really crappy, and require different media players and codecs to work....

Vuze I would agree sucks....its the same old model of downloading content before watching it....
Streaming is the way to go for online tv, but it has to be quality, not choppy and reguarly 'buffering' ever minute or so....

To what I can see, the content will grow with time so I'm not to concerned with that right now, but what I'm more interested in is they are getting the program/model right....it streams beautifully, excellent pitcure, and the interface is pretty bling bling, better than Skytv digital menus.....brings up all the same menus, info etc but can be configured in so many ways and is very very pretty with the menus being see through and all....

Its not perfect, but its a start, and its always interesting and fun to be part of something new.
