NZHerald: The information included, but was not limited to, any information acquired by Mr Tempero "about Kim Dotcom, his role with Kim Dotcom, any information to do with providing services to Kim Dotcom and any other information whatsoever concerning Kim Dotcom, his businesses, his political party, his music, his family and friends, and all images of Kim Dotcom, his family and friends at any time". The order also prohibits Mr Tempero from disclosing computer software.

This surprises me because it is very broad and does not relate to any particular thing or publication or unpublished manuscript. Can anyone explain the legal context?

I'd be fairly sure a bodyguard/security would have signed all kinds of confidentiality but I'm not sure how that would impact in reality on his obvious intention to talk.

It seems to me anti-democratic in general to prevent it prior but esp now a political party is involved.

Personally I feel the security guy is just taking advantage and much will be not anyone's business but I'm not sure a court should be involved.
