What I am getting at is what causes it to appear next to someone's name here at GZ?

Yes I always look for previous posts by said user to see what they have done. I guess the posts are deleted tho!

No, his posts still exist - that's where I noticed the 'Inactive User' tag.

Searching is a bit tiresome as I can't see a way to put the results in chronological order!

Oh, you havent had the visit from the mod crew yet ? Those that cant supply them with what they want, get banned......

No, his posts still exist - that's where I noticed the 'Inactive User' tag.

The post that gets someone banned is usually a beach of the FUG, so is hidden.

Also, occasionally users have asked to have their accounts deactivated.
