As the title says I am looking for some my family stickers which people put on the back of their cars, I know there is a website but it's for my father, so looking for a physical shop in Christchurch.

There's a $1 to $8 shop in Riccarton Mall (the entrance near Wendys / Divine Cakes) which certainly had them... I can't say for sure they still do but it might be worth ringing them...

I know you don't want to buy online but if your father (or you) is a Star Wars fan there's these: http://starwarsspoofs.com/star_wars_family_member_car_stickers.html

I
have them on my car (I'm Boba Fett!), they're great quality and a bit different.

I was stunned when ai saw a people mover with around 13 of these things on the back window...plus animals!

If it was an accurate representation of their family, I'd like to know how the hell they could afford the time/food/stickers! let alone the cats and dogs and rabbits and goldfish...

Theres that store in Northlands near the chinese massage place that sells novelty item, pretty sure I remember seeing them in there.

The best one I saw was a "making my family" one which showed two people in a NSFW position.

I heard of a chap who carried a stash of these in his glovebox and would randomly add family members to cars in carparks.

I did like the one with two adults, no kids and a pile of cash...http://xkcd.com/946/

Agree. They're also supposed to be easy to remove, but not true!  I was a little miffed when my wife+kids decided our car needed these 3-4 years ago and I came home one day to find a bunch of the annoying things on the rear window of said car.  Earlier this year I got round to taking them off, but sure enough they had been baked on by the sun and elements and were a major pain to remove. Took an hour or 2 of scraping and scrubbing to remove all trace of them. Very annoying.
