Seriously, today's trailer made me feel something new.

And then I thought that it might be chewy's body at 1:45 and died a lil on the inside

Seriously good.  I literally blew up when I saw this!

It's the new Star Wars movies we all hoped the prequels would be.

Exactly, i struggled to be able to put my finger on exactly what 4/5/6 had that 1/2/3 didnt and after watching this trailer I can 100% say: Desperation.

in 4/5/6 it wasn't perfect, or whole, you didnt have the big picture you just knew of this gripping struggle. and this new one (via the trailer) gives me that same feeling.

Characters deeper than small puddle, plot more complex than a Dora episode, director who is not proud that 95% of a scene is a video game...

Its an Abrams.  His reboots for both Mission Impossible and Star Trek have been worthwhile.  Taking his hand to Star Wars may be an inspired move.

So at 1:45 Rey is crying over a body.

I really hope it wasn't chewy

For an Abrams film, the trailer is surprisingly devoid of lens flair except for one scenecool. Loving this trailer though. It just draws you in. Amazing looking without looking flashy and the story looks rich too. Can't wait for the 18th.

Amazing how much of a buzz this is re-bringing back to people. Of all ages. Just check out the share the force movement, and reaction to trailer vids. Even the stars tear up!

I was a bit worried it'd be like the last few and I'd fall asleep, and eat the head of anyone that spoke to me the next day. So viewing can wait. Just means I miss out on the die-hard costumer hype.

Although I expect a few of the theatres to call on our (501st) services closer to it to at least kick the night off.

Picked up tickets for my party of 7 for a midnight screening, absolutely amped. My nearly 6 year old son will be coming along too, really looking forward to that as I remember going to Empire with my dad growing up :)
