Are you getting a weird flashing green bars when going to the Super Cheap Auto website?

Fine for me in all browsers on both this PC and the one I RDP to to do other stuff on.

I've noticed that the browsers window has to maximized and the viewing page has to be scrolled to the top. I'm using Google Chrome on Windows 10 64bit.
