Star Trek new TV series:

Looks like a great mix of clunky and profound. Star Trek is back!

I'm not a fan of prequels and they've already done a star trek prequel (Enterprise). Wish they would continue after TNG.

Will still watch it though ;-)

I am looking forward to The Orville though.

Valerian:

The reviews are terrible. I'll go with 3D. : ).

Rotten Tomatoes has it at 75% with an average rating of 6/10 so far. Certainly not spectacular ratings, but far from terrible.

That said, I'm not expecting much. It seems all too common that once great directors are now turning out sub-par crap.

That's not bad at all. Sci-fi movies are not always rated well.
