I notice pricespy no longer link to their items but still list their prices in grey.

Did something bad happen?

Has anyone had a good experience buying from them?

Grey is freebies.

if "visit shop" is missing, means they have not linked the product to their website.

Supero is also greyed out on the product, anyone dealt with them?

Its odd as they have many products linked, so they must be a paying customer...

PriceSpy should really stop listing them on their site if there are serious questions about them. By putting them at the top of their search they are sending customers their way.

Bought a phone off Supero last year. Arrived quickly, was genuine product as described, has worked flawlessly. Haven't had to contact support so can't comment on after sales.

And I thought sticking to one trustable ALi Express source was important. Seems our own local parralel importers can be a bit hit or miss?

expertinfotech over in Glenfield NEVER had a problem with them. They are usually 3rd in line for price, but they have been there for a long time.

You sound like the sort of customer that expects premium customer service, you probably need to come to terms with the fact the cheapest places are unlikely to offer you this.

I have learned over time you can easily spend quite a number of hours trying to save $20-30 when in the end, it's not worth that.
