I've noticed that Kmart never has products with negative reviews. This is surprising to me because my assumption of the probability of everyone being happy with every product in a store is not quite in alignment with what the product reviews portray.

Are these reviews legit? How does it work? Do they remove critical reviews under some content policy?

many online sellers either
1) delete negate reviews . They MIGHT let 1 or 2 through to make things seem legit
2) read/asses reviews before having them live on the website. They can then only allow what suits them

This makes sense. Why would any seller put up reviews that make them & the products look bad .

Generally people are quite happy with Kmart stuff because they don't rip you off for cheap gear like other red retailers do, so you get value for what you pay.

I have found my kmart cookware to be really good value. Its not really good cookware but it was like $20 so I cut it a lot of slack, the fake wood handles have faded a lot, but that is what I expect at that pricepoint.

to be honest i much prefer companies be honest and allow negative reviews. nothing is perfect. even if its a poor product, if it does the job you want for the price you want to pay, then thats fine.

tho sometimes allowing negative reviews shows just how stupid some customers are.

a lot of the companies that have the reviews push for a review instantly rather than after the customer has actually used it much. its more of "is the customer happy with the purchase" rather than a product review.

to add, i had a look at some item at kmart and did find some bad reviews. so they certainly do have them.

It's a CSP issue.

The review service is hosted by third party domain, and needs to load a JS from "https://mpsnare.iesnare.com/snare.js"

This domain isn't whitelisted in the CSP.

The devs needs to whitelist it.
