SamF: Bear in mind that my line attenuation mostly sits on 11dB and I have only seen it drop down lower a couple of weeks ago when I noticed it at 3dB less than expected! Pretty happy with the error rates so far!

thats quite a drop considering theres been no work done, your internal wiring clearly isnt the contributing factor.. and after a power cut?
maybe someone pushed the cabinet closer with the pole?

For sure, but the main point here is the drop in SNRM; We've seen this before a 17a profile swap before...
