RunningMan:I also posted a few replies ago. No, it is not a fibre patch cable from the ONT to the router.
RunningMan:
If you mean the one with the green plug, that's just a $5 ethernet patch lead, not the optical leadin to the ONT.
If I'm not mistaken then the black box is the ONT, not the router. The cable with the green plug looks like a fibre one to me.

Hi, sorry I should correct my previous post, it seems the Enable setup is slightly different to the Chorus setup, so the fibre patch lead between the Internal termination and the ONT is a standalone cable, where as Chorus typically have the internal termination end as a permanent fusion splice. So in this case its just a matter of replacing the Single Mode SC/APC cable between the termination and the ONT.

I can confirm the Op's pic of the setup is correct as I have the same set up from Enable with an ITP independent of the ONT and a yellow fibre patch cable between the two.
Enable have now stopped using this set up and their newer installs have the ITP integrated/sitting behind the new ONTs they now use.
Spark Max Fibre using Mikrotik CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+, CRS125-24G-1S, Unifi UAP, U6-Pro, UAP-AC-M-Pro, Apple TV 4K (2022), Apple TV 4K (2017), iPad Air 1st gen, iPad Air 4th gen, iPhone 13, SkyNZ3151 (the white box). If it doesn't move then it's data cabled.
$3.60 plus $28 postage. That's... good value?

I never said it was.
Apologies, I see that now.
Personally I would post a photo of the *actual* setup so we can review.
It could be the Fibre is sitting inside the ONT and goes directly into the mounting tray behind the ONT and into the wall so it isn't there at all.
So perhaps you just need a replacement power supply.
We won't know that without an actual photo.

From Hong Kong, that postage is about right. the 2m is in stock in Melbourne for $15 postage or you can get the same cable configuration from someone in NZ who resells Dynamix for about $18-20 all up

Ah, the "/au" in the URL made me think it was coming from Australia!
PBtech sell leads Ideal and russells sell dynamix stuff also

You're dealing with the AU branch of FS but if something is out of stock in Melbourne it'll come from HK instead rather than waiting for stock to arrive in Melbourne

Also heads up to the clever folks recommending you purchase pigtails as a replacement. You don't own the network (including the fibre) from the ONT to the street. That is owned by the LFC.
If it's missing or broken you don't know what else has been broken or missing.
IMHO you should order UFB with your ISP of choice, they will see it is an intact service, provision it, find out it isn't working and send an engineer over from the LFC to fix it. You may get a bill, but that is something I would hand to the landlord as it is their problem for allowing the connection to be broken by the previous tenant.
All other suggestions so far in this thread are terrible ideas (apart from getting just the power supply sent to you) as if you mess it up even more then it could be an even more expensive repair.
DFWI as you are messing with something you don't own and fundamentally you want it to work.
Agree with @bartender. Make sure you agree with your landlord this will be done because the landlord already made the point clear before so this will need to be negotiated diplomatically.
