What area are you from (approx.)?

We live rurally on SH1 (fibre runs right past the gate but we're not allowed to connect to it) and currently use Starlink, which has been a huge improvement on previous speeds etc with Spark.
Do you really mean not allowed or that the cost is too much?
It is likely that you can connect to the fibre I live on SH25 and have paid $25k to connect to fibre (on the opposite side of the road) so it is likely you can connect, but at a cost.
See the discussion on the following thread Rural USB install there are a number of people on GeekZone who in similar circumstances to you have paid to connect to fibre.
You’re probably right. We could probably do it at significant cost. Thanks for this.

@gemtwinkle123 where are you approximately, there are people here who do this stuff day in and day out that could come look

@nztim is correct and if you could find someone who in that area that is familiar with sort of thing it will save you some headache if you don't feel technically savvy enough to do it yourself.
From my perspective in a rural area this is a perfect solution for some proper outdoor rated point-to-point WiFi radios to establish a bridge between the two buildings. Trenching and laying fibre or some kind of cable is the gold standard, but is going to be very expensive and it would far exceed the bandwidth you are likely to get out of Starlink.
It looks like between the roof of the main house and the shed you ought to be able to achieve some degree of Line-of-Sight (LOS). If so, all you really need is a way to get some ethernet cabling from inside the buildings and run up onto the roof or a pole mounted on the edge of the building. On the house side the radio runs by Power-over-Ethernet (POE) on a single Cat5/6 ethernet cable and plugs into an ethernet port on your starlink. Then at your shed it's the same deal. The radio is on the roof or a pole, with ethernet until it gets into the shed and then it is either plugged directly into a computer or you use any old wifi access point to create a wifi network in that building.
I use this setup to propagate signal from a 4G radio modem onto of a hill 500m away to our main building. The speeds run at a very stable 300mbps over that distance.
So in summary you would need something like the following:
2 x https://www.gowifi.co.nz/wireless-systems/rbsxtsqg-5acd.html
2 x https://www.gowifi.co.nz/mounting-hardware/sxtsq-mount.html
Then the necessary ethernet cable and requiste hardware to mount those outside and get the ethernet run into the buildings (i.e. pole, conduit to protect the cable from UV/weather, weatherproofing for cable entering the building, etc...)
And then maybe a wifi access point for the Shed to broadcast a signal there for phones, computers to connect to like this:
https://www.gowifi.co.nz/grandstreamnetworks/gwn7605.html
Total network equipment cost should be $350+gst.
The above hardware is only an example of what I use. Mikrotik gear is polarizing on these forums. Cost effective, but a little more complicated to configure for people who don't have networking experience. You could look at Ubiquit Nanostations or any other arrangement of hardware to meet your needs and budget.

@nztim thanks a lot for this suggestion. I just called them. They are literally down the road from us it turns out. And the owner knows my sister. Small world. I think we're going to do something similar to what others have suggested with the wifi extenders, but he's going to help me. Thanks again to everyone for all the help.
