Wargaming have optimized their return routing, they are unfortunately unable to do anything about the upstream routing (which is the problem), as that would be the responsibility of my ISP.
As I said previously, I had this issue with Snap and they were able to rectify the networking issue with their upstream provider within in a day.
Now that it is 2Deg, it was first "there is no problem", then "we are aware of the anomaly and our engineers will be sorting it out" to "the issue is not related to our network"
2 Degrees obviously has no say over the service their upstream provider supplies, even though they pay them for this service.
For 4 years all the issues I had were always sorted out by snap...then it changed to 2Degrees and it all went downhill from there.
