I'm just going to put this out here - my 2c:
I compared the prices of Nova and they seemed rather expensive - not to mention they don't offer anything above 200/20Mbit for UFB (at the same price as Gigabit for other providers). I can't judge on their network but there is very little information on it - there is no mention of IP addressing (is this CGNAT, Dynamic or do you get a Static IP) and there is many references to fair use policies essentially stating if you use more than the average customer Nova may ask you to cut your usage down, or disconnect you.
IP is IPv4 CGNAT and Native IPv6 dual stack. Static IP available upon request. As far as usage, I would say it is extremely unlikely they would ever activly enforce fair use (not speaking for Nova though). The 200/20 is a product decision again, so will need to be answered by Nova.
