Delorean: From memory they use Messenger for business.
Try using that for contacting them.
From the responses in GZ. They don't seem to be active or gaining any customers like quic has.
Maybe try Quic?
I've tried messenger, instagram, email, their chat... no response for days!
And yes... I did signed up for Quick but the installation is blocked because of the order with zeronet.

Well.. I tried signing up for HyperFibre with them. Got a confirmation email with installation date for Dec 20th. I won't be home, tried contacting them for the past 7 days to reschedule and was unable to. Haven't heard one single word from them.
Hm I'm not too sure but maybe it's time to contact your fibre company directly and explain the situation to them?

Do you mean Zeronet? I am trying!
Chorus? They can't do anything. Only the ISP can cancel the order.

They won't be able to change the provider's order. Only the RSP can do that.

My experience: Zeronet - My Experience (TLDR, Nightmare. Run far, far, away)
Yeah ... not impressed getting this response when complaining about degraded performance in the evenings

Please keep this GZ community vibrant by contributing in a constructive & respectful manner.
Delorean:
Soo misleading
Maybe they should adopt this branding!
ZeroPing, ZeroLatency and ZeroFacts!
A business division of MyRepublic. Your First Misleading ISP
Definitely not the first, incoming One NZ.

Oh this isn't only a bad chain of troubeshooting tips, this could (depending on what LFC region you are in) completely butcher the ONT Profile thus causing you more of a headache and more conversating with the incompetence that is ZeroBrains.. ahem, ZeroNet
ANglEAUT:
Actually... Wait, what?! I totally missed this hence the reply now?
Try resetting your ONT?! WTF?! This is terrible advise and can totally brick your ONT depending on LFC also!

Opinions are my own and not the views of my employer.
Zero Brains is aptly put!
Curious though, if you reset the ONT, would that stuff up anything major, or would it just download the correct ISP profile ?

LFCs will have a specific Profile applied to the ONTs which hold the configuration etc - If it's reset (depending on the LFC), it will reset to the factory profile (Huawei or Nokia depending on the LFCs) - The only way to go about doing this the proper way is to get your ISP to place a NTR (No truck roll) with the LFC and request they reapply the ONT template / profile
Edit: Chorus employee will know more about ONT Profiles than I do but rule of thumb is never touch the reset button.

That sounds like a good way to delete Zero Brains from your ONT and sign up with a real ISP 🤣
