A while back one of my team talked to you guys on this forum.

We've worked extremely hard in the last month to ensure your feedback was considered and acted on.

This has resulted in a dramatic, transformation of our Free plan! Now, when the free data limit is exceeded, the cost of the data plan is below the national average. For more information comment below or read the Press release found at http://terribletalk.co.nz/PR/Free-is-normal

New plans are found here

Cheers

What does the "free to connect" in your logo mean? What is actually free?

Couple of comments. Spelling mistake on your web 50GB offer. "all your pay for is the calls!"

Orcon price comparison. Orcon no longer throw in free national calls.

Otherwise, interesting concepts. Good luck.

"Free to connect"

It refers to  that connecting with people, places, and online services  is free. By using our 10GB of free data for video calls, Facebook,  and emails. The recent changes adding free national landlines as well extends to possibilities of connecting for free.

Argh, the spelling and grammar errors on your site are infuriating!!!!! It isn't that hard to use spell check. Even your geekzone signature is wrong.

"how we get their is up to us." SHOULD BE "how we get there is up to us."

Why don't you get a copy writer to proof read it for you and fix it up?  I know a guy but he works for the competition...

signup is $249.00 wthout a 12 month contract and $149.00 with a 12 month contract, Termination fee on open term is $99.00

Does this mean that, even if you opt for the no-contract option, there's an early termination fee? That seems really odd to me.

Also, 'without'.

It's "bear with me" :p Sorry not having a go or making fun, but do have someone proof read for you - spelling mistakes make a website look unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Also does the $199 "termination fee" apply only if you cancel inside the contract term (in which case a better term would be an "early termination fee", or does it apply when you terminate even if you have completed your contract term?

So, if I got the free plan, and never plugged a phone in (and therefore made no calls), you would be providing me with 10GB of internetness gratis?
Sounds like a good idea for people that don't use landlines (ie have a mobile on a contract already) and don't use a lot of internet (my mother in law would be a prime example).

Can you tell us what the students are asking for?

Let me see. Unlimited data, free calls, no sign up cost, no contract, and all for $0. Sounds like a plan!!!

arghh.. yes your homepage needs fixing.. (lots of spelling / grammar problems). You can't even spell your own Company name..

Try and read the images which change on the home page.. notice something.. they switch too fast and impossible to read all the words..

'ain't' is a word but isn't really used in professional circumstances.

It's != its. It's = "It is" . Its = belongs to it

Using a template which is consistent on all pages..

Personal.. Phone Only.. Brief Glance..Zero Monthly Cost. but right underneath it says Plans from $55/Month.

People will just get too confused and go no further..

Where did you see no sign up cost? Despite saying there is no "connection fee" it'll still cost you $149 or $249 for a "signup fee"
