My connection went down 15 hours ago in the thunderstorm and I'm trying to report the fault, but Fyx's contact number just plays a recording that says to call back after 8:30 despite it being 9:00 now. Does anyone happen to have a working contact number?

Maxnet is the parent I call their 0800 whatever that is.

Thanks, but no luck with the Maxnet number; I just get a recording saying to call back on Monday (I "need" it working by 1:00 today). There's an option to leave a message, but it fails with a "mailbox full" error.

My connection came back up about 15 minutes ago. A 21-hour outage isn't great, but right now I'm just happy that it's working again. I have, however, asked Fyx how to report faults in the future (even though I'll be dropping them in six months when UFB comes down my street).
