I have a cabinet at the end of my drive (~20m from the house) and recently they dug up the side of the road and this green pipe appeared along with some drain-like things with telecom on them.
What is this likely to be, Im rural and there are 0 plans for my place on the coverage map. (Between Silverdale and Stillwater)
