Love the outages map on the Chorus website, but some queries, how long does an "outage" have to be before its registered on the map ? And how big, 1 street, multiple streets etc ?

It takes about 30 minutes but could be up to 2 hours. This is the time Chorus use to analyse the impact and notify the RSPs first about the fault. All faults on network equipment are reported that impact the overall industry and end-customers. Size is not a filter. Faults to individual customers and RSPs are not listed.
