slow megaupload download speeds?

Hey. I was downloading from megaupload, streaming online videos etc all at ease and my megaupload downloads were going at around 120KB/s.

Now all of a sudden i can not stream videos without it starting,buffering, starting etc. Also my megaupload speeds are now going between 5-15KB/s (Might spike to around 50KB/s for 1 second then back down to 5).

Is this just because at certain times of the day xtra chops the speed down or what?
I have done a speed test...

Also i am on the Xtra "Go Large" plan.

Sorry, I was hogging all the bandwidth as I was getting 500KBps yesterday.

You do realise that "Go Large" does have traffic management - so Telecom can restrict traffic on your connection whenever they like.

How much data do you use in a month? You might want to go onto a different plan.
