Before work was carried out ~900mbps by ~500mbps.
Now ~300 - 400 by ~400 -500.
They came and replaced the arial drop to rase it up the pole and also stated that it should fix a upload issue.

And the performance is still not back to how it used to be. Still ~300 - 400 by ~400 -500.

I figured it would come right after new fiber was blown. 
I guess I should contact the retailer.
