Thinking of switching to Electric Kiwi's 520/111 fibre plan and just wondering if anyone here is currently using them?

How have you found them for reliability, dropouts and gaming/ping? Also, how's their customer support if something does go wrong?

We've got multiple devices, kids and I do gaming, Netflix etc so mainly looking for something stable and hassle free.

Would be keen to hear any recent experiences. Cheers
