I had a Sapphire Nitro+ 9070 XT on order at pbtech that was supposed to ship at the end of April but I just got an email that it's shipped now so that's a pleasant surprise. AMD did say there was more stock going out but I didn't think that would reach us.

It looks like this has been a massively successful launch for AMD. Various reports are suggesting that AMD has outsold Nvidias 50 series in 2 weeks and have sold over 200,000 units.

It's all rumours but I think it's safe to say there is real competition this generation which can only be a good thing.

There's just one box with the anime character on it (the Pure(or Puke))? The Yeston one isn't even sold here.

NVIDIA 5070 Ti

Looking at the box images they look as "cringe" as each other, remember will all have biases.

The difference appears to be at a company level, MSI and ASUS designs are more appealing to me.
However saying that, cringe box design is nowhere on my list when buying the product.
It is the spec sheet and the warranty period that I care about.

The box art is the companies choice, not AMD I suppose.

On a side note, the back and forth between this scalper and TM members is pretty funny lol.

At the price he wants, you would just get 5070ti. Madness.

Oh, and nvidia has plenty of cringe to go around: https://old.reddit.com/r/nvidia/comments/1jijp51/1000_weeb_tax_uwu/

But again, not the chip manufacturer's choice.
