The Computer is a Compaq  Presario with Nettle2-GL8E motherboard. On the HP support website I put in the model number to get the latest bios update but it tells me the model number is out of the country please try in your area blah blah

Problem
Desktop belongs to my neighbour so I took it home early today to work on it. The error on starting up the pc is CPU fan is not working PC will now shutdown. I cannot get pass this part.  The cpu fan is working fine I even cleaned it as it was packed with dust. But its running normally.  On the HP support site it states if the cpu fan is working but still getting the error go into the BIOS and change the fan check to disable this will stop the pc from checking and shutting down if I don't have a Fan Check option I need to update the BIOS so it will show up.

Oh yeah but I can't get the bios update from them!
