I have a client who wants to buy Autocad LT - it is $USD890 from amazon.com or else $2500 here. Using youshop you can get it to NZ ok. Is there any issue with licensing etc anyone knows of?

We had a USA client who ended up in Nz nad had fun and games upgrading US bught software from here but a proxy got around that so that part is ok - just wondering if there is anything else to watch out for?
