Hi Guys, I have a man onsite having issues with an Intel NUC D54250WYK. The NUC is boot looping due to a windows updates/recovery software (Faronics Deep Freeze) foul up and I'm trying to get the guy to boot into recovery or at least safe mode. None of the usual options work, F2 takes you into BIOS, F7 is for BIOS flashing, the boot menu via F10 just has SATA and LAN options. Can't find anything on Intel website. Found one forum post somewhere that said hold in the power button for 3 secs, but that doesn't work either. Anybody have any suggestions?

Cheers

Tapping F8 for the configuration boot menu?

Maybe that will not work due to the deep freeze.

*I mean Windows 'advanced boot options'..
