Or you can dial * # 7370 #from the dialler screen (this does a factory reset on any Symbian device and all new S40 devices). The power-on key combination is only required if you some how can't access the dialler.
Thanks, I had read conflicting accounts of what the dialler reset actually did, i.e. user data wipe only or factory reset, but that clears it up should I have to hard reset again.
ps. do you know if the N8 supports the ActiveSync Remote Wipe feature?

Go to Ovi store and click on the "Support" tab at the top right of the home page, then in the box on the left of the support page under the heading "Support for Ovi Services" click on "Contact us" and fill in the form with your issue.
They get back to you usually within 24 hours, they may come back wanting more details like your IMEI number and the app transaction ID number, which I think is the receipt number you should have received in the email you got from Ovi with your purchase details. Hopefully you kept that email.

re QuickOffice. Does anyone know if it is possible to transfer the install from c: to e: without losing the license key?
