Which is a shame. If Microsoft had made Accounts and People a plugin friend thing they could easily push an update with new plugins supporting these standards. Instead people have to wait the whole "cycle" of creating an entire new release, push things to operators, wait for testing, waiting for approval then release to users over a few months.

What could simply be a plugin release turns into a whole year of waiting.

When you say "A whole year of waiting" do you mean for the next WP update for everything other than the 925?, isn't a general Lumia update in the works over the next few months for the 920 and the likes?

Cheers

Updates have a cycle. It's not a couple of weeks. It takes time to get these things tested. Also each manufacturer have different schedule for these to be released. So, no I don't think it's something that will be available in less than four to five months.

Roger that, I guess that for the desperate, the 925 looks like a good idea then.

Question: With this update, will it allow for the showing of multiple Gcal calendars of a Gmail account as is normal?
