It sounds like a bluetooth problem to me. Have you used your bluetooth before? does it connect using PC Suite?

Hi Sinn
am using pc suite with USB cable and it all works fine. my USB dongle came with software but that seems to be expired. i bought this dongle on trademe.
but WWIGO says their software works with normal MS connections also.

btw definitly dongle working as i can send files from pc to phone but this is not consistent ,works once stops again!!

sqlpro - I suggest you uninstall the drivers you currently have and re-install the drivers that came with your USB dongle. I've found the standard MS drivers to be less than reliable at times.

If you didn't get any drivers, see if you can find some for the model/brand you have.

Hope this helps,

Cheers

Hi Sinn
i tried that already but to no avail. my USB dongle is not a known brand(bought it off trade me) and dont think i'll find any drivers.

like you said, drivers came with xp not very reliable, sometimes i can  transfer  files and not next minute.
