Just spoke to chat and they said they will have stock on hand on the 9th but you can't click and collect for 2-4 days after that. Like what the heck?

Any other places still have launch stock I can preorder and actually collect on the day?

NL still seems to have stock for 13-17 Nov.

Can I actually go into a store and collect on the day? When I looked earlier it didn't have an option for click & collect / in store.

I don't understand how these places will have stock on the release date but make you wait.

I see they have reset the countdown on the pre-order page for 11am though, maybe they are releasing them in waves? Or more likely, because the first one failed so catastrophically, they had to have a do-over haha

I just talked to a store and they got an email to say that if you got the suburb error then it was already sold out. Impressive considering it was no later than 8:01 that I clicked to purchase.

Hopefully they have a few units available for the next round.

I don't believe this. It was literally a website fault where the dropdown menu just didn't even appear. Site wasn't overloaded, no errors etc. I got to that screen literally within 10 seconds of pre orders opening.

I'm very tempted just to cancel my Warehouse order and order directly from Microsoft. CBF trying with EB games again for the trade in.

Does anyone know if the MS Store ships before or on release date?

Still deciding whether I should go with the trade-in at EB or use my voucher at JB, although annoyingly JB only allows split payments with gift cards if you use PayPal for some reason.

Its been confirmed its post-launch shipment no exact date given though. I think either late November or early December would be a fair bet.

EB website just says "TBC 2020".

Which, for the pessimists/conspiracy theorists among us, doesn't necessarily guarantee before Christmas. 😀

Don't bother laying upfront, the whole benefit of all access is its monthly payments. If you buy Xbox live gold and convert it to gamepass and then buy the console it's much cheaper.

not quite... "All access" comes with game pass Ultimate, not just live gold.
Which includes PC play, a bunch of games, etc, etc and EA Play soon too.
@$20/month for ultimate, the spark deal brings the console in at less than full price.

Of course, this is only if Ultimate is actually of value to you.
