When you see the list of servers, the guild your server is in is at the top of the list, and it will have a flag next to it. =)

No reply from their customer support team yet and none of the 3 phone numbers they provide work. Yay!

Can you not log into the website portal, and fix up the security questions there?

No unfortunately it asks me a question when I login to the website. I can reset my password and get one free attempt at the question, unfortunately their bloody system only asks me a single question of my 5, the one I do not know.

When I call the helpline I get this

"At present all our agents are busy, please call back at a later time *click*"

This sets whole new levels for useless MMORPG customer support

Ohh that sucks, I suppose from a security point of view, it makes sense to ask the question that could not be answered, if someone knew most things about you, except that, and they wanted to get into your account for unreasonable reasons.

I actually filled out the questions for my friend on his behalf (lol), and appart from a spelling mistake, I got them all right! Was Very tempted to use the "Who is your best friend" and aswer as myself =P

You could try and get someone who is in the game already to msg a GM?

Thing is the question is "Fav Cartoon" and I gave it the answer I know to be right, so it seems to be a system issue

could be a spelling mistake? or typo (they really should have gotten people to confirm the answers for each question)

At first I thought so but it's rejected the same answer multiple times across 3 days, when the same answer worked during beta weekend. When I answered the question I googled the correct spelling so I would always have a backup

holy crap, I would go change the option lol =)
Happy gaming

BTW, if anyone is looking at purchasing a leveling guide, I would steer clear of SWTOR Suvivor (this is not shameless promotion, they only have level 1-10 for each class, and some of the content is actually wrong!)

When I saw the 5 security questions page, and then the bit that says its MANDATORY, I filled it all out, then took a screen shot : )

Still no access yet.

"Today, we invited people who had pre-ordered up to the very beginning of October (roughly). Tomorrow, we're going to be inviting the same number of people again; that will take us up to the last week or so of November. On Friday, we'll be inviting even more, and we'll give you an update on that tomorrow." 14/12/2011 @5.25pm (BIOWARE TIME).

I ordered on the 29th so I'm expecting I'll have access tomorrow or Saturday.

Definitely Swiftwind. Wanted to play Jedi... but if I have nobody to play with I'll just have to go Sith.
