I decided to update the PS3 software tonight. I always find it takes forever via the PS3 so i decided to download via my pc then copy over. I am still only getting download speeds of under 10KB/sec.

I am on XNet. Do they shape PS3 traffic? or are other PS3 owners experiencing the same issue???

Not just XNet, Orcon are having issues as well, basically NZ needs another cable to cope with international traffic.
