I have a question

I went in to a store to get my nintendo switch casing replaced and paid for the fix but they didnt replace the casing but somehow melded the edges to make it more round but in doing so the left joy con no longer slide in.

They now have to send it back for repair.

I'm giving them one chance.

If it comes back and its still not fixed , Am i entitled for a brand new replacement ?

I didn't buy the switch from that store originally but in having it repaired  they broke the switch

If theyve broken it, they should fix it. If they cant, then I'd be asking them for $$ to buy a new Switch or  for them to buy you one.

Are they a "legit" store, or just some fly by night operation ?

Yeah, think they have done for years, just not widely advertised. Think they just outsource it elsewhere.

Good to know, but since I got my Switch just a few months ago I think I'll be relying on the CGA for any repairs for the next 3 or so years.
