320GB is a fairly recent release version, hadnt actually seen any in NZ but I havent been looking either.

I paid $636 for my 120gb (with 2 top 10 games) just a short time ago. So $728 for 320GB seems about right...

120 is replaced by 160, 250 by 320 - haven't seen anybody else advertising the new models in NZ yet.

Bomd and bond had them for $669.00 with a bonus motion controller and eye camera ($99) if you pre ordered it

Common sense is not as common as you think.

I would say EB games would do a good deal on old PS3 trade-ins, not sure what they are going to retail the new 320GB model for though..

I traded my old 60GB PS3 in for a 120GB PS3 slim from EB and paid $199 for the new one. They gave me $400 for my old PS3 as a trade-in which I think is pretty damn good to be honest.

Just checked now EB games are selling the 320GB model for $699 - not bad

And it also includes the new Playstation Move and Playstation Eye hardware as a bundle for this price - very nice!

Is this why i haven't been able to find the 120gb model anywhere?

Does anyone know any stores i can pick up 120gb from?
