anyone know of an Auckland technician who has experience in setting up a 5ghz wireless bridge using 2 x M5 nano stations. Network configuration is beyond my expertise plus install guides are outdated and dont apply to the current config software AirOS V.

Distance between stations is only across the road from each other so no having to travel between points to set up.

I  need to get internet from one point to the other so nano station has to be configured with the router. I have the standard orcon boblite plus a new netgear n600 available - we can use whichever one is easier to setup.

Please pm me if you are a tech or if you know of one please reply here

cheers

Where di you buy it from?

The guys a SnapperNet are really helpful in my experience. They should be able to recommend someone.

i got them from gowifi based in chch, their site comes up when googling solutions for wireless bridges etc. I didnt realise that there were Auckland distributors.
thanks for the info -
I will leave it a day or 2 first before contacting them just to see if I get any other responses to my help request.

thanks

GoWifi were helpful in answering some setup queries for some UniFi units we purchased, so drop them a line - obviously theyre not going to do all the work for you, so do as much as you can first :)

Talk to belton.co.nz - I know they are experienced as we have 2 stuck to the windows in our office for their clients about 3km away (damn being only high rise in area...!)
