Still trying to set up this function. For me it is hard because all guides contain Bluetooth Manager while iPAQ rw6815 (WM5) has Microsoft BT drivers only with nearly no setting possibilities. Something in my PC-PDA communication is wrong, but I can not find out what.
PC BT Local services COM8
PC BT Client application COM7

PC BT modem COM6 (when changed to COM8, Active Sync stopped working)
Active Sync COM8

PDA BT Incomming port COM7

When I ask for information from BT modem, I am getting a report that communication with the modem is not possible.
When I try to dial-up, I am getting the error nr. 633.

Any chance for step-by-step guide in order to make this running?

No configuration is needed on the Pocket PC. No COM port configuration is needed on your PC. You will use a service called Bluetooth DUN (Dialp-Up Networking).

http://www.geekzone.co.nz/content.asp?contentid=1524 is the guide you need. APN names may be different because it dependes on operator. The screenshots may be different because I was using Widcomm, but you will get the idea, since all Bluetooth stacks use similar terminology.

Well, I have tried again the same procedure (only not Active Sync connected), but this time it works? Could it mean that I can either use BT modem or Active Sync, but not both at the same time?

You should be able to have both services configured, but most of the times PDAs can only keep one type of connection active at any time.
