I'm trying to set up UFB with a Fortinet router/firewall. My ISP has told me that WAN traffic is tagged on VLAN10. So I've used my switch to deliver it over an untagged port since my Fortinet doesn't support VLANs. 

It's configured as below, with the ONT is on Port 16, Fortinet WAN on Port 15:



But the router/firewall won't connect. I've also tried with a Linksys E2000 running tomato in PPPoE, that didn't work either. It just sits on 'connecting' forever.





I'm pretty sure this is set up right at our end. Thoughts?
