i have a problem with my acer bluetooth.well i bought the laptop because of the internal bluetooth facility.but after installing my windows xp service pack 2,and all the drivers, the widcomm drivers fails to acknowlege my bluetooth device and in the lower right corner of the laptop always displays this blue and red bluetooth icon.i desperately need help.

Did it work before you reinstalled the OS? Not all Acer laptops come with Bluetooth, even though "Bluetooth Ready" sounds like it.

If your laptop has an internal Bluetooth adapter then you must use Acer's own drivers (downloaded from their support site) and not the Widcomm drivers.
