I'm working in my graduation project

my problem is to run an audio file on my pc and hears that audio on my mobile phone
 
over Bluetooth throug the Bluetooth dongle

how can I make this ??

does any one have any ready application for that purpose ??

Your problem will be finding a phone that supports the required profile. Usually they work the other way around.

You need A2DP dongle (like Jabar A120) and A2DP Headset (like Jabra BT620/320 Bant X5 etc)

Jabra A120 + BT620 works well,

Blueant X5 headset comes with a dongle and works well (the dongle also has RCA connector so you can stream from a normal stereo)
