has your computer picked up an address in the 192.168.x.x range, it should hand them out via DHCP?

The router address will also be your default gateway.

Have you tryed the Reset button?

Make sure your  PC is not configured with a static IP address to avoid conflicts. Let the router decide what address will be assigned by changing the configuration on your PC to use a dynamic address.
