Has anyone used the Cellnet Bluetooth Dongle at all?  I am intersted in getting one to use with my mobile phone.  I have the Sanyo M1, but I would like to hear anyone's considered opinion...  (Especially if you really really know all about them...)

I have used them, but usually on Nokia mobile phones for use as a mobile modem, and not for file transfer, although I'm sure it would work well on Nokia models. Not so sure about those Sanyo's through.

PS why do you always mention Cellnet? I doubt many people here know who they are or what they do (I do).

I believe MG works in the same line of work as you, NZBNW, and therefore potentially has only really had experience with that supplier in terms of 'bits and pieces' like bluetooth dongles (MG correct me if I am wrong here)...

Are the Cellnet ones just noname imported stuff, with cellnet backing cards perhaps? That would explain a lot too...

MG - any Bluetooth dongle should be fine. I found the M1 a breeze to set up with mine - a noname BT2.0+EDR from flashcards.co.nz.

Sorry, yesterday was a bad day for me, it is a Sudio brand dongle.  And coming from the mobile scene in Australia, Cellnet was our major supplier.  The only problemI ever had was their very sharp sales rep...  LOL

My apologies, the Sudio dongle is from Access.  Tony, that linked dongle was a great price...
