There might be a simple answer to this, but have searched the web and user guide and cant seem to make sense of it.

I have had Spark Fibre installed and have been provided with their HG659b Fibre modem (I think Huawei?).

On our previous modem/router we had our network storage (WD My Cloud) and Samsung TV connected to the LAN Ethernet ports on the rear of the device and all worked fine.

We have done the same with the new Spark modem, but the TV cannot connect via the wired connection, and we are unable to access the WD Mycloud.

Is there a setting that needs to be enabled, or does this modem not function as a router for LAN connected devices?

Thanks for any assistance.

Thanks, unplugged everything, switched off and back on and all now appears to be working. Cheers!
