I have a USG-Pro-4 (firmware 4.4.55) and my Controller (Unifi-Controller 6.4.54) is running via Docker on my Synology.

For the last month or two (it did previously work correctly) my controller has shown zero threats detected, nothing in the traffic log (Threat Management is set to Detect and Block, and on Level 5, Maximum Protection).

It also shows zero notifications for devices joining/leaving networks etc. None whatsoever. This also used to work correctly.

Any ideas what might be causing this? Feels like a problem with logging the events. I’ve redownloaded the Docker container and it otherwise works totally fine.

Any help gratefully received.
Thanks,
Joseph

Have you tried upgrading the controller?

6.5.50 in early access or you could try and backup and restore but the backup and restore has to be to the same version of the controller. ie. Cannot take a back up version x and try to restore on version y.

I've never seen issues with logging of events. Perhaps one of hte underlying stores is having issues so a controller reinstall would prob be the best option.

Thanks. I think a reinstall might be easiest. I hope the issue doesn’t persist if I backup my config and then restore with an altogether new container and associated files.
Cheers
