I have a pantech duo, and one of these things:

The duo uses bluetooth 1.3, but the handset is only compatible up to version 1.2.

Is there some way I could downgrade my phone's bluetooth version? It runs windows mobile 6 Standard.

I have activesync and the cable to connect it to my computer. I just really want it to work!
