 i have just purchased a okta touch and have an existing s50 navman but i unable to pair the the two together via blue tooth , so i can use my navman as a hands free car kit  can anybody help me please

It should work, try to initiate the pairing from the Navman rather than the Okta Touch.

i have tried allways.  the phone will  recoginise  the navman but navman wont recoginise the phone then a message comes up with connection fail or incorrect pass word

If you want to use the Navman as the service provider (headset or handsfree) then try pairing from your Okta Touch instead.

In any casde (pairing from one or another) make sure both devices are in discoverable (visible) mode. Also while the Okta needs only to be in visible mode to be found by other devices for pairing, the Navman may need to be put in discoverable mode which would only last for a few seconds each time.

I gave up trying to pair my s50 to my Treo 750v - It worked once.. then never again.. next time I'm going to get a TomTom ;)
